DFOPTIX has a hundred level lithography workshop, with independent and stable manufacturing capabilities for micro nano optical structures and high-precision calibration products.

A hundred level lithography workshop represents a very high level of cleanliness, with extremely strict particle size, airflow, and temperature and humidity control, making it more suitable for high-precision processes. Its air cleanliness standard is defined as a high-purity lithography production environment with no more than 100 suspended particles of ≥ 0.5 microns per cubic foot of air, corresponding to ISO level 5 in international ISO 14644-1;

2.Class 1000 vacuum bonding workshop

DFOPTIX has established a thousand-level vacuum bonding workshop, relying on the thousand-level vacuum bonding process to ensure that high-precision calibration products meet industry high standards in terms of consistency and reliability.

The Class 1000 vacuum bonding workshop is a specialized production environment that combines Class 1000 cleanroom standards with vacuum bonding technology. It aims to achieve high-precision and pollution-free bonding processes by strictly controlling environmental particles, humidity, and pressure. The Class 1000 vacuum bonding workshop standard corresponds to ISO level 6 in international ISO 14644-1.

DFOPTIX boasts a modern R&D and manufacturing base spanning nearly 20,000 square meters, equipped with a comprehensive production system and over 50 sets of internationally advanced production equipment. These facilities cover the entire manufacturing process, including photolithography, photoplotters, cutting, punching, slitting, plate making, printing, and laser processing. The equipment includes Heidelberg photolithography machines, Oce high-precision photoplotters (4 units), semiconductor laser photoplotters, large-format slitting machines (2 units capable of producing maximum 1.68×3.5m ultra-large-format films), high-precision slitting machines (4 units), glass and optical material cutting devices, ceramic cutting machines, glass punching machines, laser marking machines, UV printers, and large-format printing equipment.

4.Advanced detection equipment
DFOPTIX has established a comprehensive quality control system, rigorously managing the entire process from raw material procurement, production manufacturing, process inspection, to finished product delivery. The company is equipped with nearly 30 sets of internationally advanced testing equipment, forming a comprehensive inspection system that covers dimensional accuracy, optical performance, appearance quality, and reliability testing, capable of meeting the inspection requirements for products from R&D verification and small-batch trial production to large-scale mass production.

Currently, DFOPTIX is equipped with high-precision inspection devices, including 2D/2.5D measurement instruments (5 units), a professionally customized ultra-large 2.5D measurement instrument (1 unit), high-precision microscopes (2 units, including an Olympus professional microscope), AOI automatic optical inspection equipment, color LAB testers, Delta reflectance testers, infrared detectors, transmittance testers, gloss meters, and other advanced inspection tools, enabling multi-dimensional precision testing from microstructure and dimensional accuracy to optical performance.
