The large-sized multi-sensor fusion radar calibration board is an integrated calibration benchmark developed for fields such as autonomous driving and robotics. It is designed to simultaneously support joint calibration of multiple sensor types — including LiDAR, cameras, and millimeter-wave radar — and serves as the core hardware for achieving unified spatial coordinates across multiple sensors.
Mainstream products offer a single block size of up to 3 m × 5 m, which can be spliced to achieve super-large field-of-view coverage exceeding 10 m. Processing accuracy is controlled within ±8–30 μm, and the thermal expansion coefficient is as low as 2–5 × 10⁻⁶/℃, ensuring dimensional stability in complex environments.
The surface adopts a matte low-reflective coating with an optical contrast ratio of ≥ 100:1. It is also equipped with a checkerboard/dot composite array, radar reflector, and customizable AprilTag encoding pattern, meeting the needs of both visual feature extraction and LiDAR point cloud recognition. Some products also support customized multi-gradient reflectivity.
The board provides a geometric reference for camera distortion correction, a reference surface for LiDAR point cloud plane fitting, and a strong reflective target at a specified position for millimeter-wave radar. External parameter alignment of multiple sensor types can be completed in a single deployment.

This calibration board solves the pain points of traditional small-sized boards being unable to cover large fields of view and the low efficiency of step-by-step multi-sensor calibration. It compresses the single-vehicle calibration time for multi-sensor joint calibration to less than 5 minutes, while ensuring that lateral error under 100-meter distance measurement is controlled at the centimeter level — greatly improving the fusion accuracy and reliability of autonomous driving perception systems.
