Quartz Glass USAF 1951 Resolution Test Card with Positive Negative Film and Pattern Customization for Photolithography Calibration
Quartz Glass Resolution Test Card
,High Precision Resolution Test Card
,Resolution Test Card USAF1951
The USAF 1951 Resolution Test Card (Resolution Board) is a classic standardized testing tool based on USAF standards. It is widely used in imaging system spatial resolution testing, machine vision inspection system evaluation, optical system development and optimization (lens design verification, optical system performance optimization, new imaging scheme verification), multi-camera and multi-channel system consistency testing, and high-end equipment and precision manufacturing (display and panel inspection systems, precision alignment and measurement equipment).
Wide range and high reliability. The pattern system benefits from high maturity and strong industry adaptability, effectively avoiding the design flaw of false resolution. High precision with 0.5 µm line width, capable of producing a minimum of 9-6 sets.
Testing requirements for optical imaging systems covering all categories:
- Precision optical instruments: performance calibration of stereomicroscopes, telescopes, and parallel light tubes.
- Imaging lenses: research and selection for aerial surveying, industrial cameras, security monitoring, and consumer-grade cameras or mobile phone camera modules.
- Specialized systems: production line quality control for medical and industrial endoscopes, machine vision, and image scanners.
- Research experiments: optical aberration analysis, evaluation of uniformity in full-field imaging, and validation of image processing algorithms.
