The photolithography white film dot array calibration board is manufactured using semiconductor-level photolithography exposure and development technology, with a high-stability optical-grade PET/PC white film as the core substrate. A high-precision white dot array and directional positioning marks are formed on the surface through photolithography, solving the fragility problem of traditional glass calibration plates while retaining micrometer-level pattern processing accuracy.
The board offers the advantages of being lightweight, rollable for storage, and impact-resistant, making it difficult to damage. It is widely used in automotive autonomous driving visual calibration, large field-of-view industrial visual inspection, multi-camera global stitching calibration, robot visual positioning, warehouse logistics AGV navigation calibration, and other scenarios. A full range of standardized specifications is available, along with full-parameter customization services for size, array, and substrate composite.

The white dot array on the calibration board carries known, high-precision world physical coordinate information. The built-in circular positioning marks enable fast global coordinate positioning, direction recognition, and region segmentation. The core principle relies on the mathematical property that the elliptical center coincides with the circular center under perspective transformation.
After the camera captures the calibration board image, the vision algorithm extracts the sub-pixel center coordinates of the dots through binarization, edge extraction, and ellipse fitting. It then establishes an accurate mapping relationship between the image pixel coordinate system and the world physical coordinate system, solves the camera's internal parameter matrix, distortion coefficient, and external parameter matrix, and completes the calibration and optical distortion correction of the camera system.
Multiple sets of positioning markers assist algorithms in achieving global coordinate unification and stitching calibration of multiple cameras in a large field of view. Even in scenes with uneven lighting and long-distance shooting, a high recognition rate and calibration accuracy are still guaranteed, providing a stable and reliable coordinate reference for subsequent visual measurement, positioning, and 3D reconstruction.
