High Precision Large Sized Radar Calibration Board With Bracket for Automotive Radar Calibration Target Alignment
Large Sized Radar Calibration Board
,Radar Calibration Board With Bracket
The large-sized radar calibration board with bracket is an integrated calibration tool designed for scenarios such as autonomous driving and industrial robotics. It combines a high-precision calibration target with a movable, adjustable bracket, addressing the poor deployment flexibility and cumbersome pose adjustment associated with traditional fixed calibration boards.
Mainstream options include matte-coated carbon fiber or 3 mm aluminum plate substrate, with a low thermal expansion coefficient of 2–5×10⁻⁶/℃. The maximum size can reach 3 m × 5 m, and boards can be spliced to achieve ultra-large field-of-view coverage exceeding 10 m. The surface features a Lambertian diffuse reflection structure with a reflectivity range of 1%–99% selectable. It is compatible with mainstream lidar working wavelength bands such as 905 nm and 1550 nm, effectively avoiding strong light reflection interference.
Built with industrial-grade aluminum profiles, the bracket features wheels and a mechanical locking structure at the bottom, allowing for quick movement and stable fixation by a single person. It supports 360° panoramic horizontal rotation and ±90° graduated pitch adjustment, with an angle control accuracy of 0.1°. The height can be adjusted over a wide range, covering the sensor installation heights of all vehicle types, from passenger cars to heavy-duty trucks.
- Complete Vehicle Mass Production Line: Quickly adapts to the calibration requirements of different vehicle models and automatically completes position and attitude adjustments in conjunction with the production line PLC system. The calibration time for a single vehicle can be controlled within 5 minutes, significantly improving production line calibration efficiency.
- Field Testing and After-Sales Maintenance: The portable design allows for rapid deployment on different road sections in the testing field and also meets the mobile calibration needs of vehicle after-sales services.
- Multi-Sensor Joint Calibration: Flexibly adjusts the pose to cover the full field of view of multiple cameras and lidars, completing the spatial coordinate unification and external parameter alignment of multiple sensors.
