The photolithography white film dot array calibration plate is made using semiconductor level photolithography exposure and development technology, with high stability optical grade PET/PC white film as the core substrate. The surface is formed with high-precision white dot array and directional positioning marks by photolithography, which solves the problem of traditional glass calibration plates being fragile and retains micrometer level pattern processing accuracy.

It also has the advantages of lightweight, rollable storage, and impact resistance and is not easily damaged. (2) Working principle:
The white dot array on the calibration board has known and high-precision world physical coordinate information, and the built-in circular positioning mark can achieve fast global coordinate positioning, direction recognition, and region segmentation. The core relies on the mathematical property of the elliptical center coinciding with the circular center under perspective transformation. After the camera captures the calibration board image, the visual algorithm extracts the sub-pixel center coordinates of the dots through binarization, edge extraction, and ellipse fitting processes, establishes an accurate mapping relationship between the image pixel coordinate system and the world physical coordinate system, solves the camera's internal parameter matrix, distortion coefficient, and external parameter matrix, and completes the calibration and optical distortion correction of the camera system; Multiple sets of positioning markers can assist algorithms in achieving global coordinate unification and stitching calibration of multiple cameras in a large field of view. Even in scenes with uneven lighting and long-distance shooting, high recognition rate and calibration accuracy can still be guaranteed, providing a stable and reliable coordinate reference for subsequent visual measurement, positioning, and 3D reconstruction.
